Anything Goes at Polkadoodles!

We all know Christmas is a busy time and Polkadoodles have made the challenge nice and simple for you this fortnight with an Anything Goes theme. I have switched away from Christmas and have been using the Serenity Collection. I had a hard time deciding which of the great digis to use so have printed off several different ones as well as sentiments and papers from the collection to play with.
Fairies mean lots of glitter and sparkle so my Stickles will be getting a workout!!

I have coloured the Serenity Joyful digi using the following Copic markers:
Dress: BG10, BG53, R81, RV32
Hair: Y21, E33, E35
Skin: E51, E53, YR01, E04
Grass: G24, YG67

I used a circle doiley die to cut the card shape and a fence die in  the background . The stitched dies were from Dienamics. I love these...my first time of using them and I would love other shapes!
Paper was edged with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.

I cut the leaves using a frond punch from Punch Bunch. Mulberry Paper flowers were from my stash adding lots of sparkle with Waterfall Stickles.
What will you put in the challenge?

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
Inspiration Destination- Anything Goes
CreativeKnockouts - #120 Winged Wonders
2 Crafty Girls- Anything Goes

Christmas Pyramid Chocolate Box

It has been a very busy last few weeks for me...thankfully the wonderful Polkadoodles CD and instand download collections came to the rescue for my Christmas make today!
I used the printable pyramid box from Work and Play 5- Festive Hollybobs. I have used elements from this collection several times now. The box was the first one I have made and it was very easy to assemble. I just ran my scissor blade down the lines using a ruler and added some double sided tape to the tabs and a swipe of distress ink (I used Brushed Corduroy).

The image and sentiment were also from this collection. These ones were pre coloured but they are also available as an outline for you to colour yourself...I do love to colour but was lacking time this week!
I added some waterfall stickles and the die I used in the background was from Cottage Cutz- Poinsettia and Holly Spray.
Foam tape helped add some dimension as did a few twists of the sprays on the diecut.
Now to make a few dozen more for Christmas Day!
Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,
Jackie

Oh, please make sure you enter the Polkadoodles current challenge with all of your Christmas makes for the traditional Christmas challenge this fortnight.
